Project Brief:
To convert a childhood home from a small bungalow to a two-storey property
Solution:
As you can see from the photos this project was almost a total re-build, with most of the original bungalow demolished to make way for a family home almost double in size. The new external walls were rendered and clad in HardiePlank and the once dark property is now flooded in natural light thanks to the dramatic rear glazed, vaulted gable and powder coated aluminum folding doors. As well as a spacious open plan family kitchen the property now houses a large first floor master bedroom with en-suite, spare bedroom and bathroom.
